Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when you upgrade. Here's exactly how refunds work.


Annual Plans

If you're not satisfied with your annual Pro or Teams subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period. You can still cancel at any time — your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you won't be charged again.


Lifetime Plans

Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.


Free Plan

The free tier is free — there is nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.


How to Request a Refund

Email support@alertifi.xyz with:

  • The email address on your account
  • Your purchase date
  • A brief reason (optional — helps us improve)

We process refunds within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.


Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund unless you are within the refund window above.
